The GWV Rebels has announced their 2021 NAB League Boys Squad.

The 33 strong squad inlcudes Jacob Hill from the Hamilton Kangaroos and Jamieson Ballantyne from Portland.

The season kicks off Thursday April 1. First the team will play the Geelong Falcons at C.E Brown Reserve, Lake Wendouree.

Head Coach, David Loader said, “We’re super impressed with the squad that we have put together and the standout quality of the group has been their commitment to the program”.

“It’s been a large process working across our regions across Western Victoria and the coaching panel have done an enormous amount of work to get to this point in time”.

“The players that have been selected in the squad we believe will represent the GWV Rebels and Western Victoria in an outstanding capacity on and off the field.”

The squad has come together under match play conditions in recent weeks and will participate in the NAB League Boys Testing Day this Saturday in Melbourne along with the other 12 NAB League Clubs.
